7. ORDERS
Please note that by ordering from the Website You agree to our Terms and Conditions.
7.1 All goods and services on Vawoo.com are available for individuals who are of the legal age and who we consider eligible. The eligibility criteria refers to, without limitation, the residents in the UK and other countries and states, even though there are no age regulations in the country You buy from.

If for any reason You haven’t received a track number within 3 days, please contact us to find out the problem.
7.6 If You can not order a product please contact us. It may occur because of, but not limited to, the following reasons:

2. Situations Covered by Buyer Protection Policy

- 2.1 Non-delivery and mis-delivery cases. You may be eligible for a refund if you arrange shipping with the supplier and the item doesn’t arrive within the time indicated by the supplier or by the maximum period for delivery (60 days). 3. Situations Not Covered by Buyer Protection Policy
Our Buyer Protection Policy does not cover the following circumstances:
- 3.1 Buyer’s mistake.

If you arrange for an item to be shipped to an address where you won’t be available to pick the item up, Buyer Protection won’t apply.
4. How Does Buyer Protection Work?

If you come up with problems that are covered by our Buyer Protection Policy, please follow the steps below:
- You should first contact us directly and report the issue within 14 days from the date of receiving the item in order to settle any refund or return issues. Please note, that you should not confirm the delivery until you do not resolve the problem.

In the likely event where we find that there is a fault on the supplier's part (e.g. non-delivery of products or items are not as described), we will reverse your payment back into your account.

Tracking

It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 5 business days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us.
After the supplier ships your order, the specific tracking number will appear. You can track your order on the shipping company's website with the tracking number provided. If your order stops tracking, you must immediately contact us and find out the problem.
Delivery Time

Note: When ordering from Vawoo.com you're responsible for assuring the product(s) can be lawfully imported to the destination country and that they comply with the local laws. Try to be vigilant on the day your package is supposed to be delivered! If there is any problem occurred on your country custom, call your local Post Office immediately and ask to speak to the Delivery Supervisor! Unfortunately these errors are out of our and supplier's control and Vawoo.com cannot be held liable for any shipment that is late, lost or damaged by Postal Service.

Delivery and Refund

Refund Due to Non-Delivery
The maximum time for the order delivery is 45 days. Delivery time may depend on the global pandemic restrictions. It also depends but is not limited to the destination and /or the postal services. If you haven’t received your order on a determined time, please try the below methods to solve the problem:
- 1. Track your order again using the tracking number provided to make sure the delivery is still in process.

Refund Due to Defective Products
Please test all products for defects after you receive your order and read the product’s information carefully to make sure you use it properly. If there are any problems with the product, which include but are not limited to: defective product, product not as described, you have a legal right to request a refund or ask for an exchange. Note that you must contact us within the 14 day period to agree on a solution.

Vawoo Payment Policy
Vawoo Payments allow buyers to use payment forms and methods provided on Vawoo.com. Users of Vawoo.com may pay for their products or services by a debit or credit card in UK Pounds. If you choose to pay for a product with a foreign currency (other than those available on our website), the system will automatically withdraw the payment according to your bank exchange rate. You can also purchase an item using Vawoo.com Gift Card offered to you by Vawoo.com customer. There is no payment required for purchasing products from platform by means of the Gift Card.

Vawoo.com services and payments are only available for individuals who are at least 18 years old, who register on Vawoo.com as a supplier, buyer or affiliate and are approved for personal account on our website.
Buyers may authorize a payment for a purchase of a product or a Gift Card with debit or credit card. If a buyer orders a product using a Gift Card, there is no payment required.

Refunds

Recoupments

Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to the supplier.
Used items or products damaged due to user error do not qualify for a return as the products that are considered consumable. There is no refund possible for consumed products as well.
Other Causes of Returns
In case when you received the wrong item compared to what you actually ordered please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please do not open or use the item erroneously sent to you.
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 28 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Supplier's rights and obligations
For using Vawoo.com services and receiving payments for your orders, you, as a supplier, must provide valid account information as requested during registration, and you are also responsible for maintaining and updating that information as necessary. All the settlements with each supplier are an object of individual consideration.
Refunds
Сustomer can open a dispute to get a refund. In the event that a dispute is opened, Vawoo.com reserves the right to pay a refund to a buyer if he/she proves the existing problem with the order in terms of a dispute. The refund may be requested within 14 days after the product has arrived.

Recoupments

By joining the Affiliate program of Vawoo.com you agree that we do not pay commissions per clicks or impressions. You will earn 50% of VAWOO revenue from orders made by customers you referred to the website.
6.1 The purchase is valid according to the Program if, but not limited to:
- 6.1.1 The purchase of any product placed on Vawoo.com was a result of your active referral efforts. Once the cookie indicates you as the last Affiliate who referred potential customers to our website, and made them register and buy a product(s) from Vawoo.com, the 50% of our revenue are paid to you according to affiliate payment policies.
- 6.1.2 The customer you referred has not used our services before and/or is not registered on the platform.
- 6.1.3 The customer registered on Vawoo.com and ordered products from the website without your assistance, pressure or blackmail in order to obtain the commission.
6.2 Vawoo.com is obliged to pay all Affiliate commissions based on the percent and currency agreed. If you accept the currency other than United Kingdom Pounds, we will convert the commission at an exchange rate that we or our bank determine. We will pay you commissions in a payment method that you choose from the payment options that are available on our website. Please note, that at the present moment Vawoo.com supports only Visa and MasterCard. If there are more payment methods available on the website, we will preliminarily inform you.
Any commissions earned for valid sales will be allocated on your personal Affiliate account. Minimum withdrawal balance is £20 (UK Pounds). Payment for your Affiliate services can be withdrawn once in 2 weeks. Withdrawal requests will be processed on Fridays.
